*40 MIN Strength workout Dumbbells
Remember: we all are different, so are our levels of fitness. Make every single workout YOUR OWN. It is really important to make sure to maintain a proper form while exercising. Feel free to modify some exercises (such as slowing down, no jumping etc.) or rest some more if you need to.
βΈ time: 40 Min + warm up & cool down on top
βΈ equipment: 4x pairs of Dumbbells are recommended (mine: 2x 9kg, 2x 5 kg),
βΈ muscles worked: full body

01:17 - 06:30 | warm up 30 sec each
06:32 - 31:19 | circuit 1: upper body 45 | 15 sec
31:45 - 43:41 | circuit 2: lower body 45 | 15 sec
43:42 - 46:57 | finisher: lower body 30 sec each, no rest
47:04 - 51:24 | cool down 30 sec each
