Today's workout focuses on glutes, chest, shoulders and core strength through functional movement patterns designed to build confidence under load and create a strong feminine silhouette.

Build lean muscle, increase strength, support bone density and improve posture with this full body strength training workout using dumbbells.

Welcome to Week 5, Day 23 of the 6 Week Dumbbell Only Strong Elegance Challenge.

Combined with your Pilates and HIIT workouts, strength training can help build lean muscle, support bone density and improve functional strength for everyday life.

• Pike to Low Lunge

BLOCK 1 (Repeat 2 Rounds)
• Sumo Deadlift
• Underhand Dumbbell Fly
• Split Kneeling Single Arm Press

BLOCK 2 (Repeat 2 Rounds)
• Single Leg Glute Bridge
• Kneeling Bicep Curl (or do standing)
• Plank Row

FINISHER (2 Rounds)
• Push Ups × 10
• Superman Hold × 20 Seconds
• Hollow Hold × 20 Seconds

Dumbbells
My dumbbell selection today:
• 10kg (20–25lb) lower body exercises
• 10kg (20–25lb) glute bridge
• 7kg (15lb) shoulder press
• 5kg (10–12lb) chest, arms and rowing exercises
• 4–5kg (8–12lb) underhand fly

Remember, your weights do NOT need to match mine.
Choose a weight that feels challenging while maintaining great form. By the final few reps, you should feel like you could only perform another 1–3 quality reps before fatigue.
