The ultimate full body dumbbell workout to really push your limits and take you fitness and strength to the next level. This a huge 90 minute dumbbell workout!
The workout is broken down to sections to give you a complete full body workout. You will do 3 rounds of HIIT training, 2 rounds of AMRAPS and finish with 3 rounds of strength and conditioning. You really are going to experience a total body workout with dumbbells, do this workout every 2 or 3 weeks and you will definitely reap the rewards! As a full body dumbbell workout, they don't come much more intense than this, it's suitable for all fitness levels and you just need work really hard!
