Recommendations:
1.Avoid breathing through your mouth BUT don't forget to breathe!!
2.make sure to keep your lower back FLAT on the mat when you are training your abs!! Only lower your legs as far as possible, so your lower back is not lifting off the mat. Tuck your pelvis in until your back is flatttt!!
3.You can lay your head down on the mat, if that's more comfy, but let's try to keep it up for an extra ab burn!!
4.To engage your core, find a netral spine (not rounded or arched), and then inhale deeply, and when you exhale, pull your belly button toward your spine, keeping your ribs down and breathing normally, avoid holding your breath. Imagine bracing for a laugh or for a cough if that's easier :)
5.Take extra breaks if you need them!!
