Hi, I'm Rhea. This is a 10 minute workout that is focused on the belly (especially the obliques). We have 10 moves, 40 seconds work followed by 20 seconds rest. We are going be using large muscle groups for a number of exercises to get the maximum burn, a slight cardio effect and tighten the abdominal muscles. This is a standing abs workout, which means that all the exercises are done standing.
If you're looking to lose weight and burn fat, especially belly fat, a combination of strength workouts, cardio workouts and diet is the most effective.
