5 MIN PRE-RUNNING STRETCHING. This is a super simple and compact 5-minute warm-up for runners to prepare your body before the next run. I recommend a short, easy, and slow run to warm up before you start the exercises. Take it easy, be mindful, and listen to your body. Like always: Nothing must, everything can!

Overview of pre-running dynamic stretching exercises:
Shoulder and Arm Circles / 30 sec.
Chest mobility / 30 sec.
Hip warm-up and Quad Stretch / 30 sec. per side
Dynamic Low Lunge / 30 sec. per side
Hip Circles / 30 sec.
Dynamic Windmill / 30 sec.
Side Low Lunge / 30 sec.
