Did anyone ask for a 6 min pre-run warm up? But how do you stretch before running? This quick and easy warming up for runners sequence gives you the perfect start to your run and shows you how to warm up before running. The warm-up is super important and with this dynamic warm-up for runners, time will fly by. We will do different warm-up exercises and stretches before the run for your legs, knees, hips and shoulders. Just one piece of advice: only do the warm-up exercises for beginners that feel good for you and skip the ones you don't like.
