30 Minute Fat Burning Rhythm Indoor Cycling Workout | Latin Themed

This indoor cycling workout is all about burning fat and having fun as we spin through this Latin themed rhythm ride!

During this Latin themed 2.0 indoor cycling workout, we put a lot of focus on 2nd position! The quads will be burning after this one! YAY! If you've taken part in a previous spin class, this is an awesome intermediate ride to help YOU build endurance and strength for longer more intense rides. We will still include sprints and climbs during this cycling class to maximize cardio, we only have 30 minutes so grab your water bottle, towel, and let's do this!

This is your workout, listen to your body, take extra recovery when needed, adjust resistance, and MAKE THE MOST OF IT! If you are on a stationary bike or prefer not to stand, find out how to modify for YOU down below.

If you are doing a Spin class on a stationary bike or exercise bike instead of a spin bike and prefer to stay in the saddle, DO THIS:
2nd position: increase your speed! Try anywhere between 5-15 RPMs.
3rd position: increase your resistance and try and keep the same cadence.
