Please join me for this total body standing strength workout!
Each exercise is 60 seconds followed by a 15 second rest. We will alternate between upper body and lower body.
Want a longer workout? Rewind for 2 or even 3 sets!
For reference, I'm using a pair of 5 pound dumbbells. Please use weights that suit you.
All exercises in this workout are osteoporosis friendly (no rounding or twisting of the spine)
