Spinal & Hip Mobiliser - A Great Warm Up....For Pretty Much Anything

We all know we should warm up before exercise, lifting weights, and even day to day tasks like shifting heavy stuff.

Especially if we have some existing stuff going on!

Many, if not most issues start at the hips and also the back. Stiffness, muscular imbalances, poor postural alignment etc all have an impact.

We also get more problems than we realise from tight muscles. For example, tight hamstrings when doing squats can put a lot of pressure on your back and spine by causing your pelvis and spine to curve, coming out of neutral. A real problem, particularly if you are loading the body with weights, be it at the gym or shifting a sofa at home.

This warm up includes mobilising the back and hips, stretching hamstrings and quads and activating the major muscles and joints of the body, preparing them for more intense activity. A great warm up, but also a great daily practice to help you feel looser, improve mobility, posture, flexibility and generally feel better.
