You loved our last Hyrox inspired dumbbell HIIT workout, so we decided run it back with another one! This workout combines steady cardio with dynamic full body movements which is great for building endurance, getting your heart rate up and burning body fat. All you'll need for this workout is a light pair of dumbbells (we used 10lb & 20lb dumbbells) and space to move freely. By the end of this workout, you'll be n a full swat feeling accomplished.
