Don't forget to stretch! This time Sajeh and Ivo from adidas Runners Vienna prepared a cool down routine for you. Give it a try to reduce muscle tightness and muscle ache, and to help you relax after an exhausting running session.

01:22 - Hamstring Stretch
02:06 - (Rotating) Toe Touches
02:37 - Deep Squat
03:48 - Side Lunge Stretch
04:51 - Standing Hamstring and Calf Stretch
05:42 - Standing Quadriceps Stretch
06:42 - Overhead Triceps Stretch
07:13 - Shoulder Cross Stretch
07:38 - Hugging Hamstring Stretch
Try to hold each exercise for 10-15 seconds.
