I think you are going to love the new format for this all standing full body workout!
Strength exercises are performed using one dumbbell (I'm using 8 pounds or 3.5 kg). Each exercise is done twice, but sometimes the second set is done on the other side. We will complete each exercise for one minute. The first 20 seconds are full range of motion, the next 20 seconds are pulsing, finally we have an isometric hold for the final 20 seconds. This is a great way to challenge your muscles!
We will also stretch after each section.
