Today's 1 hour workout is focused on the upper body. This dumbbell workout will help you build muscle at home. You will need one heavier and one lighter pair of dumbbells to complete this upper body routine.

I'm using a pair of 25lbs and 15lbs dumbbells, use what you have available at home.

Go for quality over quantity for reps, focus on good form. I will demonstrate how to perform each of the upper body exercises so all you need to do is follow along and let's crush this next hour together! πŸ’ͺ
