Warm Up

ONE
1. 1 1/2 Glute bridge 30lb/14kg (my dumbbell weight for reference only)
2. Single arm rear delt pull 15lb/6.5kg

TWO
1. Alternating reverse lunge 20lb/9kg
2. ISO hold with bottom curl 15lb/6.5kg

THREE
1. Close grip row 20lb/9kg
2. Triceps press 20lb/9kg

FOUR
1. Lying toe reach (bodyweight)

Cool down stretch
