Join me for a 30 minute DUMBBELL STRENGTH WORKOUT for a full body routine. Today I'll be using two 10LB dumbbells, but choose whichever weights suit you best. This is a low impact routine which means there is NO JUMPING. As a bonus, there is a warm up and cool down included in todays routine.
