1A - sumo squat 1 x 55lb 25kg*
1B - single arm overhead triceps extension 1 x 15lb 6.5kg
2A - stiff legged deadlift 2 x 25lb 11kg
2B - front V raise 2 x 10lb 4.5kg
3A - single arm high row 1 x 25lb 11kg
3B - alternating cross body hammer curl 2 x 15lb 6.5kg
4A - close grip chest press - 2 x 20lb 9kg
4B - resisted single leg press
