SUPREME FULL BODY Strength Workout with Dumbbell [Metabolic Strength Training]

In this FULL BODY Strength Workout with Dumbbell we will be having 6x challenging blocks of workout. Each block contains 4x exercises but we will repeat the first exercises of each block for 3x in total! We will perform each movement for 45 seconds and after 15 seconds we will switch to the next movement. Between each block we will have a 30 second break. After the first 3x blocks there will be a 50 second water-break.

Be careful this workout is an intense one!

You can simply increase the intensity of this workout by adding more weight or/and by doing this routine 2-3 rounds in a row (depending on your fitness level).
