Can you tackle our ultimate 78 Min Full Body Dumbbell Workout Challenge. As we target every muscle group in the body in this gruelling challenge.

Join me as we work our way through each muscle group

We will be tackling each muscle group in this order

Chest - Back - Legs - Shoulders - Biceps - Triceps - Abs

You will need 3 sets on dumbbells, a heavy set , a moderate set and a light set.

In the video I have them set up in 3 stations to work our way through each

A the twist with this unique challenge is that each section will be our famous Staple sets that everyone at Zeus Fitness absolutely loves

If you haven't tried our staple sets before. What we do in each section is...

Our heavy set/station will be our staple exercise. We do this exercise before moving on to the moderate station. We then go back to the heavy staple before hitting the light station. Then back to the heavy and so on

You will pick it up as you go

With each exercise we will be hitting for 40 seconds of work and 20 seconds rest .

I will be coaching you every step of the way with form tips and pointers and also keep an out for our on Screen form tips and pointers also to keep you right

This is going to be tough one but one that will be well worth it

Perfect for doing at home or the gym and you really won't need that much weight for this to seriously burn
