Upper Body Strength Training Workout for Seniors & Beginners || One Dumbbell

20 minute workout for arms, back, shoulders and abs using one hand weight. These strength training exercises will work all areas of your upper body including your core!
You only need one hand weight or dumbbell for this strength and toning workout. I'm using 8 pounds for reference. Please always start with a lighter weight if you are unsure or new to strength training. You could also have a few different weights on hand to switch for different exercises or to challenge particular muscles. We will complete about 10 reps of each exercise. If you are using heavier weights, you may not be able to complete all 10 reps. If you have lighter weights, you may be able to complete more than 10 repetitions. This is fine! Go at your own pace, and YOU DO YOU!
